Scheduled to have our dishwasher delivered today between 1:00 and 5:00. Said they’d call 1/2 before delivery. They called me at 5:45 and said they still had one more in front of me! never am I ask by an employee if I need help. The first time I needed plywood the guy was busy and said " after I help this lady I will help you. I waited and looked down the isle to see him and 3 other guys standing around talking I approached and said" sorry to bother you but I need help" sarcastically" he rolled his eyes at me!!! and was not the least bit friendly!! I will contact Cory the manager.. will drive to Gilbert where they are super helpful and nice!!!
Just in case anything goes wrong at The Home Depot and you have to deal with their insurance company, it will take forever and they will do everything they can to ignore you, not help you, or low ball your claim. Until The Home Depot starts doing business with ethical companies go elsewhere. Sedgwick Insurance is horrid!
There’s a county wide mandate for wearing masks in doors where social distancing isn’t possible. Hospitals are asking for permission to decide who lives and dies because there aren’t going to be enough resources if we don’t take action now. Half of the staff and customers at this location, on 7/28/2020, did not have masks on.
I will never recommend them for their equipment rentals. Due to nothing but problem after problem I had this weekend with three different clerks, a manager and the so called service department for the equipment. I'm still waiting to get the Service Tech to respond to get the equipment fixed so I can return it to the store.This past weekend I rented a Boxer 320 Small Skip Loader from the Queen Creek Equipment Rentals on Saturday for 24 hrs.
