My dog and I had a very wonderful experience there and I am always asked if I need help finding anything (I usually do).
I feel burned by my recent purchases of about $1100 dollars. First we bought a water heater for about $600, only to find out that the installation costs an additional $600 dollars! When we questioned the amount, they blamed it on the company they use. Then we ordered a dishwasher on the last day of their black Friday deal, and that was supposed to come with delivery and installation. Employees are too busy chatting and catching up to help you .. they offer sale with mail in rebate but don't give you what you need to get rebate and make you call several times to find someone that actually knows how to get rebate for a huge sale listed in flyers and posted around store .. apparently they are not interested in actually selling anything they are just there to hang out with their friends ...
I purchased a new home in Florence and scheduled Home Depot to come out to test water so we could decide our best option. Today I received the 5th request to reschedule the appointment. I'll be taking my business to LOWE'S where I know my business is appreciate!
Huge shout-out to the Queen Creek Home Depot for the Kid's Workshop class they did for our Cub Scout dens. I want to thank Eric, Aaron, Megan, and Kimball for patiently working with our boys and teaching them about tools. The boys had a great time making their toolboxes! Thank you so much for taking the time to make it fun for our boys!
