As I was leaving the store it was pouring rain. HD had an employee by the door offering an umbrella escort to my car!!! How fantastic is that!!! Nobody wants to get drenched any day, but especially on Christmas Eve. Way to go above and beyond HD!!!

Ryobi pressure washer 33 days past the 90 return policy. Doesn't power on only used 1-2 hrs per week and customer lady was nice enough to tell me I was lying and had to have purchased the unit more than 6 months ago. I only wanted to exchange it and get back to work. Really wish there was a community store around again. Home Depot use to be that but they have been Corp America for a while now not sure why I expected anything different

Waited 5 minutes before asking an associate to call for help in the appliances area, then another 15 waiting for that non existent employee. Decided my time was best served going to another store for my appliance purchases.

They do not honor their price match Gtd. Found lower cost appliance at Spencer's, had manager call to verify price which he did. Then said he had to contact the corp office and they would not allow him to do it. I then called the customer complaint line and was told that it was a store manager decision not the corps office to match. Not much of a policy if they don't honor it. Looks like I will finish my kitchen remodel by using Lowes and Spencer's.
