Home Depot makes up appliance delivery dates to trick people into buying appliances they would not otherwise buy. On May 25, I ordered a new range, delivery date of June 1. Waited around all day, called, nobody knew what was going on. Today I find out the range will not be delivered until June 12. If I had originally been given a delivery date of June 12, I would have looked somewhere else. I do not recommend them right now. We ordered a fridge and washer/dryer about 3 weeks ago to be ready when we move into our new house. We called that night to up the delivery time to soon rather than later.. then I noticed today (the delivery date) well they haven't called me when they'd be at my house... I called whirlpool to ask about it and they said home depot never told them they date had changed. so I am now going to Lowes to get a fridge and washer/dryer that I can pick up tonight and have ready so I can move into my ... read more

I was amazed by the woman who had me watch her child having never met me before in her life.
Placed an online order, today and had someone pick up for item that was needed this weekend. The dummies at Home Depot cannot read I guess as they picked the wrong item completely even brand!!! Do you ever check or have quality assurance at the online pick up desk? Ordered a 2 pack HDX Interlocking Organizer and and got a single 14in Huskey Bin Organizer. Way to go Home Depot!!!!
