My worst experience ever at a home depot. Not one person asked was able to or wanted to help me, told me an aisle and walked away. Went to buy a pretty good amount for home improvement project..walked out with nothing. Taking my business else where.
Just went to the Columbia, MO store to buy rope to hang our porch swing...wait for it... Can’t buy rope. Corporate said they can’t sell it because someone may make a noose. Are you kidding me?! So we allow a person to go buy Sudafed and make Meth, go to Academy Sports and buy a gun, but YOU draw the line at porch swing rope. Makes sense.
I had a bad experience in Home Depot a little over a week ago. I have been looking for a good lawn tractor and had become sold on the Cub Cadet. I went in to Home Depot, knowing that they carried the Cubs. I was looking for a 42 inch deck and all they had on the floor was a 46 inch, which I figured would be borderline outside my price range. I always liked Home Depot, but after seeing the comments from their founder about the Covid-19 Pandemic, I will not be doing any more business with them.
Dre...helped us find exactly what we needed. Washer, Dryer and dishwasher. The young man had a good firm hand shake as well. Means a lot!
So you put a drill on clearance for half off, but when I ask for the battery and the battery pack the associate just chuckles at me. Half of the product should not equal half off on clearance.
I bought 3 gallons of behr marquee, painted one wall and decided i didnt like it. Brought them back to the store and danielle in paint, poor thing, worked with my paint till we found the perfect color! By going off of my "gold, khaki, with a hint of green" she did it! She even entertained my 9 month old with bubbles! Super pleasant even with a pain in the ass like me! Thanks and much appreciated!
Unfortunately we had bad customer service yesterday. Now I wish I would have spoken to the manager. Will not be back
Went in today to finish our list of things that needed done in the house. The man helping us gave us advice on how to easier fix certain things and when they were out of stock of certain materials he directed us to Boone County Lumber to find them. Very happy with their customer service.
