Received horrible customer service from Home Depot in regards to having carpet installed in our home.
When your store advertises Fence Pickets on sale and the website says you have over 3000 in stock but you only put out the crappy ones, it's very disappointing. And offering us some that you choose and wanting us to pay for them sight unseen is ridiculous. Get your act together, Home Depot!
Placed an online order, today and had someone pick up for item that was needed this weekend. The dummies at Home Depot cannot read I guess as they picked the wrong item completely even brand!!! Do you ever check or have quality assurance at the online pick up desk? Ordered a 2 pack HDX Interlocking Organizer and and got a single 14in Huskey Bin Organizer. Way to go Home Depot!!!!
