Lazy, lazy, lazy...bought a vanity...no one to help load it, then brought crappy vanity back, no one to help unload it. Just a bunch of kids standing around gossiping and staring. Never again, I would say contractors keep this store in business because they are awful with the public.
I do not recommend them right now. We ordered a fridge and washer/dryer about 3 weeks ago to be ready when we move into our new house. We called that night to up the delivery time to soon rather than later.. then I noticed today (the delivery date) well they haven't called me when they'd be at my house... I called whirlpool to ask about it and they said home depot never told them they date had changed. so I am now going to Lowes to get a fridge and washer/dryer that I can pick up tonight and have ready so I can move into my ... read more
Wow!! The customer service I received at Home Depot WELL exceeded my expectations!!! Awesome and friendly staff! I will defiantly be back!
I was amazed by the woman who had me watch her child having never met me before in her life.
