Not happy right now with Home Depot. Spent a lot of money for new appliances and they were supposed to be delivered today. Spent time moving the old stuff and fixing the spaces the new stuff is to go in. Stayed home ALL day to be here for delivery. It's 7pm and our appliances are still not here and they won't be delivered until Monday now. HOME DEPOT FAIL!!�
I seriously love this store!! I always have multiple people ask me if I need help, and are always so good about explaining projects to us! The paint dept just recently worked with me through painting gray... enough said, but they were extremely helpful and patient. I have tried shopping at Lowe’s and no one will ever help us there. The employees here have helped us through all our home improvement projects!!
This is the second time that I have been to this location and had excellent, friendly service. Employees asked if they could help before I had to go find someone; offered my child a band-aid when she wanted one for an imaginary boo boo, and were very friendly at the e cash register too. I had a much worse experience at the local Lowe's. I will now make Home Depot my go-to home improvement store in Columbia!
Mark in plumbing was so helpful and the gals in customer service were super friendly!
