Home Depot makes up appliance delivery dates to trick people into buying appliances they would not otherwise buy. On May 25, I ordered a new range, delivery date of June 1. Waited around all day, called, nobody knew what was going on. Today I find out the range will not be delivered until June 12. If I had originally been given a delivery date of June 12, I would have looked somewhere else. Got an amazing deal on a super nice deep freeze with warranty and delivered to the house. Everyone I dealt with were professional and polite. Very helpful.
The instructor for the installing tiles was really good. Answered everyones questions and made sure we understood. Took extra time to explain safety. Will be taking other classes when offered.
This is the second time that I have been to this location and had excellent, friendly service. Employees asked if they could help before I had to go find someone; offered my child a band-aid when she wanted one for an imaginary boo boo, and were very friendly at the e cash register too. I had a much worse experience at the local Lowe's. I will now make Home Depot my go-to home improvement store in Columbia!
