Fire your manager for making such a dumb ass decision. Morons
I was shopping here once and I saw some shady guy trying to steal some lightbulbs. I pointed it out to a shift supervisor working nearby. They apprehended the guy and stopped him. Then, a manager came down to me with a letter staying I had been terminated for trying to help. I tried to explain to him that I didn't even work there, but he smugly said "Not anymore." Then, feeling a sense of victory and self righteousness, he strutted away like a pigeon. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.
Firing an employee for stopping a child abduction is pure insanity. Please remove the manager from employment that was responsible for the firing.

Im guessing they just didn't like him and had issue with him and was looking for a reason to fire him. They cited him before for arguing with a coworker,i bet other coworker was not. What kind of company would prefer a employee not to step in and help a customer that needs assistance like that!! So according to his boss he should not have botherd and just kept working. I would of told boss FUCK YOU soon as he came at me with that rude attitude. I hope everyone in that town stops going to this store.

Hmm Im curious if it's all home Depot's that support child abductions and possibly trafficking or if it's just this one.. needless to say I'll never set foot inside here again.
