Being new to Oregon, I came into Home Depot for license plate screws. Randy saw me blankly staring at the nuts and bolts aisle and offered to help. We went out to my car together to inspect what kind of bolts were needed then he found some that might work so we went back out to my car and he proceeded to put my new license plates on for me! Such service was unexpected but so incredibly helpful. Randy went above and beyond to help me out. Outstanding customer service.
I have never ever been treated so badly!! Not only did the employees ignore me through out the 20 plus minutes of me trying to find a specific item, but when I did ... Finally.... the employee told me to “ get out of the way” because she had to put something away!!! I have in the last 4 years been going to usually the Oregon City HD, but I was on this side of 205..... we shop every other week and spend $350 plus every time...... I’m so upset I’m thinking of taking my remodeling business to a completely different store!!
My son and I spent a good while in there yesterday and it was bonding. And the people who helped us, at least a few of you, were super awesome.
Angry with Home Depot and their idiot founder. Very poor decision. Not shopping there anymore.
Way too busy. I will go to Lowe's next time. Needs tidying and restocked.
