Literally haven’t received a single working plumbing component from Home Depot - ever. Wouldn’t let me return a toilet. Wouldn’t send me replacement parts to things that arrived broken, warranty service was less then useful (6 weeks on a response!?) - they sell you broken stuff then drag their feet so long on providing any kind of response that you give up and buy something else from someone else. It’s insane.
I tried to explain this to the return clerk but he didn’t seam to care. It would be awesome if you guys would stock this Echo commercial head. It will accept the .155 string that you guys sell. The one you stock will not. Thanks

Deliver when you say you are going to without all the lies. First it was it wouldn't fit on the trailer, then you tell me it's two more weeks until it can be delivered. Then it's well we can deliver some earlier. So you sold me stuff you didn't have, then lied about it while stringing me along all day waiting for something that was never going to show up. HORRIBLE - I'll be going to Lowe's from now on - this was the last straw for me.
During Covid pandemic, the local Home Depot: Many customers were without masks (including middle aged and older) and also many of the staff had no protective gear. Compared to my local hardware store, where every staffer had mask and gloves, and checkout areas had plastic barriers. Will not return to HD! Why aren’t stores insisting on basic protection for staff and masks for customers? Idiocy? Greed? Both?
