Love it, friendly people and very helpful, Theresa at Jantzen beach Home Depot helped me she even put my weed eater together and showed me how to work the Lawn mower, I used them both today and they are so Awesome and did a great job, looks like it was done by the professionals, thank you ..
Ordering on line was a breeze. The site was easy to navigate. Customer service was very responsive when I needed to make a change to my pick up order. When we got to the store to pick up our item, the store personnel went above and beyond to load our item in our Blazer.

Here is sit 10 deep with only on lane on a Saturday afternoon.... unless otherwise want to check lumber through self check out
I go and buy the whirlpool dryer that's on sale on Saturday, they are to deliver it on Thursday 5 days later, and by now I have to take my clothes to the laundry matt to dry,but then the guy calls the day they are bringing the dryer and says he is sorry but some how he messed up and the order did not go through so now I have to wait till Tuesday for them to deliver my dryer, all because he didn't look at his emails and even says it was his fault. I will never shop at home Depot again .
So pissed at Home Depot right now!! We go to buy a tub, the Glenn Whiting store didn't have it in stock, so they called the Jantzen Beach store. They had one in stock but they refused to pull it down until we were at the store. We get there, try to find someone to help us, find someone, he takes 15 minutes to locate someone to find the tub. We stand waiting for them to pull it down for another 40 minutes because they are too busy standing around to do their jobs. Then they pull down the wrong tub. Very frustrating!
