Hate when stores display items wrong. When you put out a display model you should make sure it is labeled correctly or honor the price it is being labeled as. If I buy your product by the model number displayed on your product and take it home and it is not the exact part I was looking at that was on display that is considered false advertising. I figured I would let everyone know that this store is trying to rip you off. Too bad the local news doesn't know. I should report this.
Worse customer service ever! But will never buy from here again!! Told me I had 90 days to return an item and now, because I'm at 33 day they switched it! #homedepot #baddisclaimers #trainyouremployees
I'm super disappointed with the service! We were told at the register we had 90 days to return an item today is day 33 and they said I have only store credit! What is this? I want my money back not this store credit of a store I used to like and now hate over this! If you would like to reach me and make things right please do so, because now I'm not a satisfied customer by the way this was handled and the way this business was done.
Incompetent folks that hide when you need help! I went in to buy a tool, website and their gizmos said 9-10 in stock. Item was not on the shelf as the gizmos said, not to be found anywhere. Seven people tried to help, but keep disappearing. Even had an assistant manager said he would help; his help was a new guy on his first day. Wasted better part of an hour at CLOWNVILLE! Okay, heads up to all my Marine brothers and friends that use Home Depot in Portland Jantzen Beach, they no longer except Veterans ID for discounts to Vietnam Marine Corps veterans, unless you are wounded or medical discharged. Oh you can pass this around if you so desire, maybe there are more of us need to use Lowe's to help Home Depot out. (Cpl, Vietnam 1968, September 7th 1967 to October 27th 1975).
