this home depot stole 20 dollars from my mom and then accused her of being a criminal who was trying to scam them. during all this we also were stuck at curbside pick up for nearly an HOUR because of their incompetence. they gave us someone else's order and now its taken 30 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone. they refused to look at the camera's to prove that we handed them 100 dollars not 80. the manager Eric was suppose to call us today about all this but conveniently isn't working today. i also called corpora... read more
The employee policy for wearing masks above the nose and blow the mouth is not being good. Today, I counted 10 associates walking around the store with partial mask coverage. Tomorrow, I’m going to go in and take pictures of stuff and post it.
We arrived to Home depot for curbside pickup on a portable air conditioner and parked in spot number one (1). I called the number stated in the email and said curbside pickup as per instructions. It rang and rang and rang and rang. As I was waiting for the phone to be picked up a female associate walked up to my window not wearing a mask and asked for my order number and told me my order would be right out. Whoever the manager of this location needs fired, clearly cant manage at all. Shouldn't take an hour to get your online order when theres only ten cars waiting. The Vancouver location managed to do things in 15 min. This is a joke!
Poor customer service through this covid experience. Poor communication from staff to other staff, poor communication to the customer, horrible entry person. With all the other major stores rolling out new protocols these guys were the worst without a doubt! I will never shop here again!
I would avoid this particular home depot while covid 19 concerns exist. On two separate occasions for curbside pickup, none of the employees were wearing gloves or masks. The employees also approach the car much closer than necessary.
