I was looking at plumbing material. One employee passed me while i stood there. On the isle directly across there were two employees chit chatting, and for sure 4 more employees as well. I stood there for a while because I wasn’t sure what I needed. I looked up several times at the two talking and nothing. I left very mad
My mother has been having trouble with this place for days. She's been unable to get people to call her back, breaking promises, and acting like customer service is definitely not a priority. Wish someone would call her and make the situation right.
The Store Manager at the 50th St. store needs to be replaced with a competent , courteous person that doesn't mind working with the public. I intend to send a pm too to Home Depot and let them know that when a person ask a manager for assistance to see if something that has been lost in that store could have possibly been turned in you are NOT RUDE to your customers ever!! You put your best foot forward and do everything you can to help out that customer. After all it could have been your property that was lost.
