Recommendedi had a exchange and had it squared away till another manager but his foot in. I need to know more about y'all's exchange policy cause 1 manger said 1 thing and the other said a different thing. I will no longer be using y'all's service. thank God for sutherlands & Lowe's
I SERIOUSLY cannot believe that whoever is in charge has ZERO COMMON SENSE!! Why on Earth would you think sending people in and out the way you're doing it is the right thing to do?? There is absolutely NO REASON to confine 50 people in a "maze" type area less than 75 square feet!
Home Depot has taken social distancing to an absurdity. Fortunate, they have common sense competitors just down the street. HD, return to sanity and let customers enter and leave without the fully theatrical TSA experience.

Had a bad experience at Home Depot 3 years ago, so stopped shopping there, then chanced it and bought an Echo straight-shaft string trimmer off the rack. Took it home, added gas then realized that the spool-cover had been removed/dropped off in the store. Went back to let them know, but CS says that since you have gas in it, there’s nothing they can do! What they can and should have done, was to give me a replacement since what they sold was not what they advertised ... missing parts! Lucky the replacement was only $17 ... b... read more
Dear Home Depot, why, in a town full of farmers, do you still insist on selling plants that have been treated with neonicotinoids??? You obviously don't care that we need bees to pollinate our crops. I think it's worse that the plants I saw today were berry bushes that had been so treated. So every bee that comes to pollinate those bushes becomes affected. Thanks!
I absolutely love love love Home Depot! Home Deport is rarely a girls favorite store but for me its the best place on earth. :) They have everything you need for your home projects at great prices and the staff is super helpful.
