Dear Home Depot, why, in a town full of farmers, do you still insist on selling plants that have been treated with neonicotinoids??? You obviously don't care that we need bees to pollinate our crops. I think it's worse that the plants I saw today were berry bushes that had been so treated. So every bee that comes to pollinate those bushes becomes affected. Thanks!

I was looking at plumbing material. One employee passed me while i stood there. On the isle directly across there were two employees chit chatting, and for sure 4 more employees as well. I stood there for a while because I wasn’t sure what I needed. I looked up several times at the two talking and nothing. I left very mad

Horrible window installation going on 3 months waiting with half installed windows. Some of which won't even close all the way so they can be locked.

My mother has been having trouble with this place for days. She's been unable to get people to call her back, breaking promises, and acting like customer service is definitely not a priority. Wish someone would call her and make the situation right.

I normally feel like Home Depot is better but the last few times I've shopped here...BOOOOOOOO! Today I needed 4 x 4 wood and there was some dryer wood on the top shelf and I asked to see it and the department manager (dressed super unprofessionally) tried to talk me out of it. She obviously did not care that I needed the wood and I needed it to work NOW. Not in 6 weeks. I am working on making sure mercy and grace are evident in my interactions. The Store Manager at the 50th St. store needs to be replaced with a competent , courteous person that doesn't mind working with the public. I intend to send a pm too to Home Depot and let them know that when a person ask a manager for assistance to see if something that has been lost in that store could have possibly been turned in you are NOT RUDE to your customers ever!! You put your best foot forward and do everything you can to help out that customer. After all it could have been your property that was lost.

No one seems to know the check policy at this store. Had a Invoice of $7,569.03. Was told a Cashiers Check was an acceptable form of payment.( Merriam-Websters Dictionary defines a Cashiers Check as a check drawn by a bank on its own funds and signed by the Cashier.) Assistant Manager and about 5 other associates were not helpful to appease this situation or even cared to help. I shouldn't of expected much help from the Assistant Manger when he couldn't even pickup his feet to walk. I have been using you for various projects... read more
