I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help. Highly recommend Home Depot. Fully stocked, clean store, helpful staff, Easy returns, Military Discount. EVERYTHING MENARDS IS NOT! We have built our whole house around Home Depot for the past 30 years. We recently updated our kitchen and bath appliances and faucets, toilet, lighting fixtures, and will continue to buy from Home Depot. Thank you for giving exceptional service.

I went in to pick up an order. The customer service rep had a great attitude. He was quick, efficient and helpful. He even carried the items out for me!

I can prove without a shadow of doubt that I was terminated from Home Depot Broomall, PA / Store 4181 due to employees feeling uncomfortable about my gender / sexual identity and due to me refusing to assimilate to a pattern of unethical practices just to make more money. Prepare for an EEOC COMPLAINT and a wrongful termination lawsuit. If you do curbside pickup plan to be there an hour plus. It’s ridiculous that it takes so long and you have to go in an complain to get your order.

Terrible customer service, they discriminate if you have an accent! The employees and managers refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, I had placed an order for windows and they completely messed up the order! The day I was placing the order, I asked the employee to explain what was ordered and he refused to explain me anything. He only said everything was good and I had nothing to worry about. DO NOT PURCHASE MSI VINYL PLANK OR MSI SURFACES VINYL PLANK! Horrible got my floors done 1.5-2 years and already have my floors warping, cupping, curling, wavy looking . THOSE ARE MANUFACTOR DEFECTS FOR PLANKS. I had there inspection guy come over and i had my licensed contractor come over to inspect the floor and the inspector said my contractor did an amazing job! The Claremont store sucks I never been so ignored. I watched the guy who was the best pluming guy talk to his friend for 20 minutes while he ignored me. He never recognized that I was waiting for me, but his conversation with his union buddy was more important than helping a new customer. I never shop in this store and I inform everyone I know not to shop there!
