Was there yesterday buying 1one power box long line...n it didnt have a price so the cashier asks if i know how much it was i tell her it was $4.70 she looks it up n a whole bunch pop up with prices ranging from $3.46 to $4.70 ..n she cant figure out which one it is so she scan it so i tell her just charge me for the $4.70 ...cashier responds was she couldnt cuz that will mess up their inventory i was like HOMEDEPOT is gonna go bankrupt over $4.70 ..she must have gotton employee of the week over $4.70 AND WHY WOULD SHE ASK M... read more
This home depot needs more reps to help, every time I come here their workers are extremely busy, I much rather go to other locations!!!!!!
Have been sitting here looking at a huge hole in the back of my house where my new french doors are suppose to be. The manager assured me they would be here at 10 finally at 1230 they show up and wouldn't u know it all scratched up. Also called 4 times while waiting, for an associate to tell me they just left( i live literally 5 min from the store) Not to mention had the worse customer service experience of my life two weeks ago in the same store. At first my experience was great. Then, my cabinets came in. Out of 25 pieces, all but three were damaged. So, I ordered some different ones, better quality and have a representative if you have any problems. Three were damaged. Now 2 months later and my kitchen still isn't completed. They are telling me it will be April 2nd for replacement cabinets get here. Nobody from the store will call me. I have to call corporate to get anything done.
