After the last fiasco, thought I would give Home Depot a chance and give them my business. I wanted to hire someone to re-stretch the carpet they installed 5 years ago. I called TWICE and once I got transfered to the HOME SERVICES Dept. they picked up and promptly HUNG up TWICE!! I even talked to the guy who answered the main store phone and told him they hung up on me. He said he would talk to them. Well, it didn't work. they still hung up. All our construction needs from now until the end of time will be handled by LOWES!
