The sales staff I have encountered are useless. I’m sure there are some that are good but I never seem to find them.

Some of the employees are rude and inconsiderate, especially the younger ones. I have been going to lake jackson home depot for decades. I rarely go to Lowes. That will change and cease after this weekend.
I swapped to Home Depot from Lowes a few years ago for several reasons. But starting today I will go to Lowes. Home Depot had people standing in line waiting to go in like a bunch of children. Went to Lowes, walked right in and got what I needed.
Don't order any applience and have it installed. They use liw end 3rd party delivery and install companies to do their work. On top of that, you will get 2 4hr time blocks ....1 for delivery and 1 for the install. This logistically sucks ! A whole day off if work for a 15 min. install.
So I just called to ask about this picture I saw on Facebook while I was trying find a place for an upcoming birthday party. I’ve never heard of a birthday party at a hardware store but thought it’s kind of cool. Kids learning tools and building things with their own hands! Of course I sound crazy and no ones ever heard of it but they were helpful in trying to answer my question. I hope y’all do look into this and hope that the company figures out how to keep everything uniformed when it comes to things like this.
