Pat in Pro Desk should not be dealing with people. Trying to help my mother rebuild her home destroyed by the flood and he acted like he didn't want to be disturbed.
I bought a gallon too much of paint. It was unopened and I tried to return it to the store. They said I can't return tinted paint. I contacted corporate who stated most of their stores offwr in-store credit or exchange for a different color. They wouldn't do that. I'll buy my paint from Lowe's
Went in to buy carpet for an entire house. I kept hearing the page for assistance in flooring. After 20 minutes of waiting, I left went to Lowe's and had everything taken care of, in less than 40 minutes I was out the door satisfied! Sorry Home Depot, but you failed.
