Great customer service and friendly people. Home Depot is always my store.
Home Depot's Lifetime Warranty on its cordless Rigid tools is absurd. It appears the Lifetime Warranty only applies to manufacturer's defects and those become apparent the first few times you use the drill. Every tool manufacturer will take care of this situation. Normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty. As a retiree, I was attracted to the warranty and the salesman convinced me that was the tool for me. Lifetime Warranty is a joke and Home Depot should be prosecuted for being so deceptive.
