when my brother asked me to take a cart back and exchange it, I cringed, I have never had a good experience with any Home Depot, until today. From the lady at the return counter with her pleasant attitude, the gentleman who helped me get new one, and the gentleman who got off the forklift to help him. I was blown away at the attitudes of each involved in my trip. Thank you all for making your store my new Home Depot to shop, it will certainly be worth the miles to get to you!!
went I for a few supplies yesterday morning. started of bad in paint Dept, but got better. the associate in paints (Donna), was talking to another associate about their work schedule and days off. we were there 10 minutes before she acknowledged she had customers. then she was rude to my wife and I. first bad experience at this store.

Always find what we need and when not available at all (at store or online), store has provided the closest item for the same price. Only reason did not give it a 5 was that every time I try to complete the survey online, I get a message that my User ID or Password is incorrect. Have confirmed number right, but still cannot get to survey. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
Kayleigh in the tile, blinds area is literally the most helpful and friendly employee I’ve experienced at this Home Depot. She’s been helpful to me not once, but two times I’ve come in there with projects for my new home. She literally just talked me into and walked me through doing my own backsplash at my house. This store is lucky to have her there!
The majority of the staff is very polite and knowledgeable.
We were in store last night (6/26.) We spent quite a while waiting for someone to help us in appliances and had to have a cashier call someone because they only had one employee back there and he was with another customer. Donna came to help us out and she was great! It wasn't her department, so she said she would try the best she could, and everything went smoothly. She even took us to the checkout and helped us there, too! Thanks Donna for your great customer service! <3
Very poor customer service. No one in Department has experience !!! They sent someone from electrical to help with plumbing that know less then me
