Awful awful customer service and order deliveries are lost or not delivered at all or weeks later than expected. Terrible experiences several times. Will never be a home depot customer again

I love the staff at this Home Depot. Lawn n garden go above and beyond to help load your truck. The customer service desk staff are sweet and helpful. The ProDesk crew are patient and help find the best deals!
I've been back almost every 3 weeks. For my wedding we asked for Home Depot gift cards, so that we could update our appliances. We have purchased a dish washer, oven, and now a dryer. Every time the staff our extremely helpful. They didn't bat an eye when we pulled out several g several gift cards to make our purchased. For the oven she swipe at least 30 plus cards.
Purchased laminate flooring with the understanding that I could return unused pieces. When I returned with a partial box (6 pieces) they would not accept. I asked to speak to manager and talked on phone with their representative. He rejected my request and didn't even give me the courtesy of discussing. They have partial boxes in their display. Completely dishonest.
Just bought a new home close by. Went sat April 1st. Got a 25.00 gift card as i got approved for a credit card. Went back Sunday and got a lot of stuff for my new home. David helped me choose the perfect front door. He was great!
Very helpful crew! They always have solutions to my crazy building products. Awesome morning shift!
It's close to where I live and they offer to help me any time I'm there. Restroom is neat & tidy.
