I've been waiting in the hardware isle for ~20. Asked for assistance twice at customer service (heard it on the overhead twice). Still waiting �

WELL IF YOUR COMPANY WANTS TO MAKE A michelle obama statement....THEN BE PREPARED TO LOSE CUSTOMERS. IF YOU DO NOT STOP THIS YOU AGREE. IF YOU AGREE...THEN YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR COMPANY OVER TO ANOTHER COUNTRY AND SEE IF YOUR PROFITS ARE BETTER . THE POOR RATING IS IF HOME DEPOT THINKS AMERICA WAS NEVER GREAT.
Went to Home Depot South Lakeland and loaded a cart with supplies got to check out and the "systems down" which means they can not make credit or debit transactions. That happened at 2:00 pm today. I went and did more errands and came back to Home Depot and the "system is still down". People were stepping out of line and leaving in droves. It couldn't be a more perfect day to work outside which means spend money at Home Depot. It's unfortunate that Home Depot is loosing $$$$$ today over their system. Was there Monday afternoon and couldn't get anyone to help us they even called somebody 4 time no one ever showed
Having problem, Bought Cabinets and Granite counter tops. The installer of the counter tops keeps cutting the tops wrong and now they are the wrong color. I would post a video but they have it blocked
Only Home Depot we will shop at! Best all around
James (lumber dept) was awesome! Left Lowe's disappointed & rushed to Home Depot before they closed. Ten minutes before closing, he took time to listen to my husband & what he was needing. And offered many options, then cut a wood board for us perfectly.
