Customer service was rude. She paged someone from electrical 3 times they never came to resolve my problem. Will be canceling my credit card and will never return
Very Poor Customer Service in the Equipment Rental Department. Two of their workers are very rude and rolled their eyes and talked to you like you are an ignorant person! Will NEVER use them again!
This store is horrible, you can never find anyone to help you.
The employees at the store do not know their head from their butts. We called to see if they have a piece equipment they said no we don't carry it. He said he didn't know what we were talking about . We looked on their website and it says they do so we called to talk to the manager he said yes we have it. He told us he was the manager but to find he's only assistant "Brad.
