My mother ordered a refrigerator over $2000, they cancelled the order, didn’t refund her money, and no phone calls were made to inform her that it had been cancelled. She would have been waiting for a fridge that would never come. If you want to basically donate money and never receive a product, this is the place for you!
Terrible customer service. They stand around and direct the customer to go here go there etc. Then they call someone in the area you need who never answers the phone. So the customer walks up and down as directed and no help comes...just awful.
