Was in the Electrical department yesterday looking for a breaker, got so made at the jerk helper!! Called store Manager twice and no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have always had great experiences at this store, management and customer service are supurb!
My dad bought a chainsaw from home depot about three mounts ago he used the saw once and it would not start again it was sopost to have a one year warenty when i went back to the store to exchain it i was told that it was out of time that gas products only have a 30 day warenty in the store and they would not be able to exchain or replace the saw and i would have to go though there tool rental to have it fixed so i went to the rental center and was told that i would have to pay 21 dollars to leave it there and have it checke... read more
