Poor customer service. Does not honor advertisements.
The only two departments in this store who are useful are tile and plumbing. Everyone especially building materials are literally the most useless and unhelpful people ever. ask someone for help, he said no he cant help me. ask a random employee for help she sent me to customer service, customer service said shed call someone would knew. no one came. this store is garbage just make the 2 minute longer drive to lowes.
Two branch veteran. Can only use my vet discount three times a year! I will make sure all vets find a different place. Needless to say I left a lot of items for them to put back. No respect for vets!
Absolutely horrible service Bought new kitchen appliances and was reassured there would be a price guarantee for 30 days. My appliances went on sale 21 days later and I was refused a price guarantee by the manager and over the phone customer service even though the sales associate at the time of the sale promised the price guarantee. I was told that normally there is a price guarantee but because it was a sale stating pre Black Friday it would not be honored. What good is a price guarantee that does. It cover sales? please STOP repeatedly shipping orders DAMAGED in transportation and TRY to consider the feelings of Customers like me that already have a huge apprehension about "Big Box Stores" !!
This store has the nicest people there. They go above and beyond.
Web site says they recycle CFL bulbs. Took my old 8’ bulbs to recycle and purchase new ones. Was told they only take small bulbs. The web site doesn’t list exceptions. Maybe it’s time to switch to LED. Just not at a place that is selective in their stewardship for the environment.
