TheHomeDepot . I just wanted everybody to see the flooring job that The Home Depot , Store #3907 & Cooper Installation did in our home . We have had multiple home builders, and contractors come in and look at the job and everyone of them have said it is one of the worst flooring jobs that they have seen. Their "customer support" couldn't care less about the customer. They will only blame other companies and won't correct their own mistakes. I will never be shopping at any Home Depot again in my life. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's instead.
Well. You did it again. Once more, I went to Ace Westlake Hardware for help. Was in your plumbing dept and the guy was absolutely worthless. Venezia or something like that. Asked him about a shower fixture and needed the valve that is located in the wall as well. Found one we liked, but no valve. Said they didn't sell the valves separately. Didn't offer to show us where they fixtures that included the valves were!! What a joke. What happened to customer service. I may be a woman but I've done more home repairs than this guy ... read more
