My mother got carpet from you guys. It is two different colors and your telling her it is the light now. This is after someone from home depot came out and told her is two different cuts of carpet. Now your telling her you will give her a refund of 400.00 or she can pay 1100.00 to get it reinstalled! Trust me everyone will hear about this! Do your job right. We aren't done fighting this one! Don't shop here!
Hows does everyone feel about GREAT Customer service? I have been dealing with Home Depot to order some toolboxes which are only available on Home Depot web site. Starter this ordering process April 1, 2015. As of today I have had to reorder 3 times then having to pay someone to pick them up and deliver them to my business opening them to find all 3 are dented. Calling store manager & online manager I am still stilling here with no toolboxes and no order dues to the fact they need to credit my account and then reorder WTH !!... read more
