When is a Veteran not a veteran? Went into Home Depot in St Cloud, MN today with my Sister who is an Air Force Veteran 72-76. When we got to the register, she showed them her VA Military ID. And the clerk said sorry, you are not a service connected Veteran, you can't get the "Military Discount" (the clerk stated it has to stated "service connected" under the photo) Can’t say that I will be sad not to shop in Home Depot ever again. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT!! A VETERAN IS A VETERAN
I've always have gotten very professional service from this location with my online orders and in store purchases. I also love the layout of the garden section. They literally have everything a gardener can dream up here! Literally to every single detail! It is amazing in my opinion.
I spent 45min gettting transfered around trying get to someone to help with getting a fence installed just to get told they dont service my area. They all had my zip code and any of the could have told me that instead of wasting 45min of my time!!! The last person I spoke said that the other associates couldve told me the same thing instead of transferring me around. I fence was supposed to be for my special need son.
The paint department was awesome. I was helped right away and all my questions were answered!! Check out was easy too!!!
Don't come here if you actually need help from a service representative... what a joke!
I'm tired of the surley unhelpful jerks in the building department. Consistently bad anything skills. Enough is enough.
Went to Home Depot Wait Park, MN store today. Very bad customer service! That's putting it nicely.. I was looking to get help purchasing this I normally don't. Employee made me feel so crappy, I left the store without buying anything. I went over to Menards where I was treated with respect. I appreciated the awesome customer service there! I bought a whole cartload of stuff equaling over $250.00 for today & I'll be back for more soon! :)
Love this place. My kids love the first Saturday of each month!
