bought a troy-bilt 2 stage gas snowblower on 11/30 and used it only a handful of times. the cable spring broke,belt started smoking and the auger cable handle busted off. took it back to the store on 1-22 7 weeks later and wouldnt accept a return or exchange. manufacturing warranty takes over a month and you pay shipping and wouldnt cover what broke. thanks Home depot for selling crappy expensive snowblowers and not working something out to make it right! i'll never buy from this store again 💯

IF they decide that you are not the cause, they will Return your Cash after it has been sitting in their accounts for 6-8 weeks, Falsely Inflating their amount of 'Cash on Hand' and highlighting their Greed over Customer Service. Went in on a sunday to buy an entire kitchen appliance package (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave) since our fridge went out. well after waiting over 45 minutes for help we got it.. ordered everything and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. on Monday I got a call saying it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday and there was nothing I could do to change it. I guess they got paid already so why not push back my delivery, guess an extra 3 days with no refrigerator is in my future.. never shopping there again...
Worst experience ever buying carpet. I chose carpet that is GUARANTEED to be installed in 72 hours. When they didn't call to set up an appointment I called them and not once did anyone apologize for not being able to meet that time frame. They did nothing to rectify the situation, in fact when asked how they were going to fix it they said "let's get the carpet installed first then worry about that". What a joke this is. The promotion for the 2 batteries, charger, and a bag get a free tool. Again what JOKE !!!! Completely out of the batteries (was told they sold out the first day) promotion runs until June 20th. I was also told that I can't will call it and that they will not be getting anymore in. Since this is a promotion. What kind of idiot runs something like this and can't have enough product to make it past day ONE ??? Take the display down, (oh no we can't do that sir cause it's a promotion)
all the employees where a pleasure to work with buying all of my garden supplies and some lumber i needed for the project. they cut the lumber up nicely and none of the materials had any waste to it. they all did a great job assisting me from the time i arrived to the time i left the employees where all asking if i needed assistance which was great. when i needed assistance they where there to fill every need through out the store. the check out was also a breeze. the lady in lane 6 did a great job assisting us today. i will... read more
