We went to the Waite Park, MN, Home Depot and applied for a Project Loan and got it. When Home Depot called with the quote for the carpet we want to install, I gave them my Project Loan number and it was denied. I called the Home Depot billing area, and was told that the store had not activated my card. We live 45 mins from the Home Depot. I asked if I can call in to activate it, and was told no, I need to go to the store to activate it. Needless to say, we are not happy!!
How the heck do I get you off of my Facebook and out of my email? I have blocked, deleted, reported - and still every time I open my email there are dozens of "customer reviews" filling it up! I wold hate to have to stop shopping there because of this - I usually do a lot of business at my local stores - of which there are 3 that I frequent !

It is absolutly mind boggling how brain dead some of the associates are. You would think they could make up lack of knowlege with effort and willingness to help. Nope! Pure lazyness and poor attitude. I felt like i was talking to my 3 year old when asking simple questions that even the lowest tier knuckledragger should have been able to answer. I understand there should be equal opportunity employment but damn that guy must need help putting his shoes on in the morning. Stay classy home depot.
More often than not, the folks with "helper" vests on, are more interested in other things after making eye contact and seeing folks needing some help. Good thing my physically struggling husband was moving sheet rock alone so the employee can watch while putting away merchandise. If we can buy something elsewhere, we would. :-/
