Unfortunately, I was in your store today. I noticed the sign as I came in that stated that masks were required. I was in the store for about five minutes. During that time, I counted at least ten customers who weren't wearing masks. Don't you enforce the requirement? Next time, I will go to Menards. They seem to follow through with this better.
Worst customer service ever. Ordered appliances in May, paid for them with delivery in July. Issue with the order not going from Home Depot to the vendor. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you need to, had to reorder and only half order at this time. Had to call the store 6 times one day to get the manager. No one seems to care! Only thing they continued to say is, I’m sorry about that.
Went to buy an oscillating spindle sander that online said was in stock and it wasnt. then another time wanted to buy a tool box that online said 5 were in stock. after searching for 10 minutes for an employee he said nope not in stock. He didnt even look it up or anything. Terrible customer service and whats the point of having inventory online if its not accurate.
RecommendedI work @ the Home Depot in Waite Park.. My fellow Associates and I definitely take customer service to the next level. Not being arrogant or anything of the sort, Yet We take customer service Very Seriously..
I highly discourage anyone from buying appliances from Home Depot, they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell.!!
Was there 4/4/20, 3 sets of exit doors closed, making everyone go through a single door. One person trying to load a truck going back & forth through the same door. If this is trying to make us safer, I’m not sure how.
Horrible horrible service for warranty. bought a new front door and sidelight a year ago, trim is already split, and door latch stopped working. We have been using the deadbolt as our latch since early January, it's now March 19th. They sent someone out to determine if it was indeed broken, haven't heard back despite multiple calls and communications with their warranty department. Totally ridiculous that we have to lock our door to keep it from blowing open in middle of winter while we go to the mailbox!
talked up and sold me the worst washer and dryer I've ever owned I want my money back
