My husband waited two hours today while packing up and loading other things for someone to come load some certain wood for him nobody ever came so he had to crawl up cut the straps and get it himself I think this is a safety violation not to mention horrible customer service.
Everytime I come here, it takes a long time to get anything done. The workers seem to go on break every 30 minutes.
