I walked in to my local home depot (Houston Fry road and I-10) today to buy a few things and there were dogs on leashes and in shopping carts everywhere. Scared the heck out of me on every isle. If you are going to open your doors to dogs you should at least post signs !
HD is ok but I really enjoy Mama's Texas BBQ in the parking lot at the Fry and I-10 location in Katy TX. best BBQ around. makes the trip to HD worth it.
Home Depot is my flower spot every year. They always have great choices and we are always very satisfied with the results.
The registers in the garden center never seem to be working correctly!!!!!!
Walked out yesterday after waiting 15 minutes for somebody to come to electrical so I could get wire off the spools. Lazy employees and bad service. Took my business to Lowe's
Two young women when I asked for help were very attentive and informative. One Tall man I believe didnt work there,helped me get all my materials from hardware nuts,spacers,hooks, velcro,and explained the project.sales yes! Another male employee just stocked and said I do not know. I believe theres no motivation for customer service. Start giving company discounts and production communicate more with employees.
This Home Depot has the best Pro Staff hands down. I will also say one of the best customer service set up Representatives as well. They always go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need and get taken care of. Thanks guys!
this home depot are the one where employers are the more lazy in the Houston area .they never want to do nothing. Also nobody will never help to load in your truck. I be seat for hour waiting and watch people loading themselves every weeks when I shop there. The manager should be fire pure and simple, he surely does not do a good job.
