RecommendedI find everything I need always. except this store in katy seems a little run down and not maintained. I am coming from San Diego and there is a huge difference ours are more big cleaned and organized I stil have to go to lowes and see how they compare to San Diego also. love Texas but needs a little TLC.
RecommendedReally impressed with the delivery men that brought our new stove. Despite having to wait 2 extra weeks (yes it was a pain in the butt to not have an oven or stove) the guys that brought our range today were extremely efficient and helpful. Delivery time window was between 9-1 so I expected to have to wait, but they were here by 9:30- and that was with 5 other stops before ours. Very friendly, wore their face coverings, ensured everything was in working order. They were awesome.

I just want to say how much Home Depot sucks. I am beyond livid at this point. I ordered a washing machine and dryer on June 18th. The delivery date was supposed to be 7/16/20. They call me today, (26 days after I paid for it and 2 days before scheduled delivery) to let me know they don’t have the washing machine I purchased and Maytag has discontinued the model, so Maytag has graciously offered to “give” me an upgraded washing machine that retails for $200 more than the one I ordered. the customer service to get me to make a purchase was great. once I made my purchase and delivery happened the customer service became absolute garbage. product came in defective and they had to schedule a second delivery date which was already a huge inconvenience. guess what, second product was defective as well amd then we couldn't even get a hold of anyone to help correct this issue in a more timely manner since we were already weeks overdue on needing our dishwasher. here we r now, weeks later with no dishwasher and a v... read more
