Sign up for a DIY workshop, arrived at the location and 7 of the employees did not know anything about it. I ended up just leaving, they have no idea what's going on.

I am done, Lowe's it is. HD has moved the water softener salt so many times. I purchased 3 bags. Guess what? I go to pick it up & voila, you are out. Now I stand in two lines out the door for a refund for my money for items I purchased you never had. Your inventory cannot keep up at registers? It is not live? Now off to Lowe's. Thx a lot for nothing. This has become an all too regular occurrence.
