Not long ago I bought a hose and ten days after the connection broke so I went back to the store and talked to them about it so they said to go get another one for exchange only because I did not have the receipt. After I went and looked for the exact same one they said we want to call the manager so you could talk to her. It took her 40 min to come and talk to us and at the end she said we can't exchange or return it even though I showed her that they were the same brand and color. Can you give negative reviews?!? Their customer service here is an absolute joke. It took over an hour for me to purchase a stove, after I was told I couldn't be helped&to go to someone else, I had to wait because there was only one associate, etc etc. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT visit this location!!!
