Was shopping for pumpkins and mums found exactly what I wanted and checked out fast !
My husband had a truck delivery for this Home depot. We were told to be there and ready for unload at 6 am. He went in to ask where they needed him to park to be unloaded. The woman he spoke to was rude and turned her back on him without telling him where to park. 10 minutes later he found another person to speak to and he told my husband he had to wait till 8 am to be unloaded. My husband & I are frequent shoppers at our nearby Home Depot store. This summer we had wonderful service from their store assistant manager, Aileen Sudkamp. She actually donated empty appliance boxes that we needed for our church's VBS "Cave Quest" week. The preschoolers loved exploring the cave we designed with the boxes. Aileen was enthusiastic & generous to work with, as were the other people in the appliance dept. who helped us load the large boxes into our truck. Thank you to them all. Well The LOWEST PRICES GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS TODAY AT HOME DEPOT ON COLERAIN AVE. DON'T BOTHER GOING THERE. Can't wait for the right lawyers to be treated the same way.
Thank you to Paul who showed us such great compassion and empathy for my husband and me today,our cat passed away and we were looking for a cross and materials to bury him,Paul took the time to not only find us material to make a cross,but made it for us! Horrible store, do they hire anyone who speaks English as a first language? I will never enter this store again!
