No one picks up the phones.....what’s up that???
Purchased an appliance 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered today. Did not receive a call or text or email advising me that it wasn't coming. I did get an email with a delivery window. I called and was on hold for over an hour with a very nice woman who told me she did not know what the issue is. My advice to others is to not purchase an appliance from Home Depot. I still don't know what's going on.

I’ve never experienced such incompetence. We’re flipping a house and have spent a small fortune here. How is it possible to lose a large order of cabinets? If anyone can screw it up, Home Depot can!!!
