Home Depot does not support Veteran's, I will drive 50 mile's to find another store such as Lowe's that does in fact support out vet's, It's not about the discount , it's about honoring those that are serving and have served. NEVER will I shadow your door's again home depot
they dont support veterans. ask for the military discount and they say only allowed on holidays. they say you have to be service connected to get the discount throughout the year. without the veterans they wouldn't have their freedom to be jerks to us veterans. they are also rude as hell. ask for help and they say they will get somebody over to the department you asking about. needless to say no one shows up. I will drive completely out of my way to go to lowes. lowes treats their veterans with respect.
We were at the workshop, we had a great time. Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed it. I love my stocking holder we made.

After my experience the morning of December 13, 2015, I would like to give them negative stars. I politely asked an employee for help identifying what kind of ballast I needed for a fluorescent light fixture. When I didn't immediately know myself what type I needed, he became hostile and started huffing around in anger. When I volunteered that we had a photo of the old ballast on my fiance's phone, he grabbed the phone from her and snarled at us some more.
