We just left our cart with items in it at this Home Depot and I will tell you why. My husband was being compliant and wearing a mask as the store requests. He went in to ask about padding in the flooring department when he was told he needed to go to the lumber department. I'm DONE with the customer service at Home Depot of Winter Haven. Actually the LACK of customer service help! Call to see if you have a particular item in stock instead of driving all the way there and take 9 freaking calls (after being hung up on and the woman having a piss poor attitude and complaining that she doesn't have time to locate this item after giving the Store SKU number to her 3 times ) to get told they don't have what I'm looking for. Wonder why people shop at Lowes.
