Long wait due to absences Overwhelmed employees trying to do their without any manager around to help.
Purchased 98 bags of rubber mulch. They did a price match with Lowe's. They said it did not come in on their truck so they just refunded my money. I was willing to wait for it too come in but they did not want to keep the sale open not knowing when it would come in. They did not offer to guarantee me the same low price as Lowe's was offering either. What an inconvenience for me. I am now an official Lowe's customer. Does anyone else have carpet that they are waiting to have installed, my carpet is in, but the company that does the installation tells me that because of cov19 they cannot install it in a vacant house. Yet Lowe’s has had their installers installing carpet all along .
