Long wait due to absences Overwhelmed employees trying to do their without any manager around to help.
Purchased 98 bags of rubber mulch. They did a price match with Lowe's. They said it did not come in on their truck so they just refunded my money. I was willing to wait for it too come in but they did not want to keep the sale open not knowing when it would come in. Does anyone else have carpet that they are waiting to have installed, my carpet is in, but the company that does the installation tells me that because of cov19 they cannot install it in a vacant house. Yet Lowe’s has had their installers installing carpet all along .
they dont support veterans. ask for the military discount and they say only allowed on holidays. they say you have to be service connected to get the discount throughout the year. without the veterans they wouldn't have their freedom to be jerks to us veterans. they are also rude as hell. ask for help and they say they will get somebody over to the department you asking about. needless to say no one shows up. I will drive completely out of my way to go to lowes. lowes treats their veterans with respect.
We were at the workshop, we had a great time. Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed it. I love my stocking holder we made.
