Tried getting help today in the store and employees either completely ignored me or tried to avoid communication at all costs. When I was finally able to speak to someone, I got one-word responses and an "I don't give a shit" attitude. I normally never complain about customer service because I feel like people in these positions don't get treated fairly, but Jesus, this was uncalled for today.
The kid workshop was amazing. My son really enjoyed it and the staff was very pleasant.
It took 4 people including the store manager to find me a price and not one person could find anything. This place is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and go to Lowe’s.
I want to thank Russell for going out of his way to help us find the screening we needed to keep the dogs from jumping through the screen door to their pen! The one he chose for us to get will fit perfectly! Thank you again for your help, Russell!
If i could give a 0 i would. We ordered our kitchen cabinets and countertops in August when we started our renovations and the countertops still are not here. They lost our order three times and have repeatedly attempted to shift the blame onto either another worker or us. The customer service has simply been horrid.
When today to get a mower battery and the web page said there was 15 in stock, I spend a good 15 looking for them and then the customer service clerk did not demonstrated any interest to help me out, not only when Let her know her poor service, then look for another person, 5 minutes later nothing, i took the old battery with me and went to lowes down the street, in less than 10 minutes I was done with a new battery in my car for my mower
