This place is horrible customer service is terrible you try and ask someone to help you find what your looking for and they act like brainless zombies then start walking away from you... like wth I'd give it negative stars if I could
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in tonight to pick up a washer for a faucet and one gentlemen pointed me in one section that only carried one type of washer. Then I walked around and another gentlemen told me isle 8, for 20 mintues looking for the right size, not 1 person came to help. I couldn't find the right one I asked a gentlemen that was standing in front of the isle and he was trying to pass me off to the first sales associate that "tired" to help me. I needed a few plants and they didn't look so good to begin with. I decided to ask the cashier question about where are the direct sunlight plants (because all the ones out were marked shade) in the nursery department and the response was "I'm just a cashier." She offered no help whatsoever nor offered to seek someone who may be able to help. Avoid this store and go to a local family owned store. At least they are willing to answer questions.
