Horrible customer service...spent 20 min trying to get someone to answer the phone to find out why my online order that I was told they would hold until May 4th was cancelled before I finally gave up and decided to just take my business elsewhere.
Need to use better manufacturers for cabinetry. Do not accept before you look at it.

Extremely disrespectful customer service before I can ask my question the associate said I was screwed instead of trying to come up with a solution. Also in other departments I found the same customer service employees walking away from me and telling me that they don’t have it before you could even ask I have been to a lot of Home Depot’s on the East Coast and never have I ever felt more disrespected and treated like garbage I would never recommend anybody to go to that place if they need help
We spent thousands of dollars on suposively top notch doors and 2 months after install the windows on the doors started leaking. 8 months later, 100's of calls to corporate, the store, install manager and branch managers my issue is not resolved. They always say their checking the warehouse for the replacements and will call me back. After another phone call today still no resolution.. I wouldn't buy anything from them nor have them install anything.
My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!
