So i purchased flooring from you on 2 occasions as well as other products. I purchased all items using my credit card. My ex stole the products and than returned them to your stores for store credit/cash. Im now out of 2300 dollars worth of product because your employees allowed someone to return them without my consent. have things in the store that they have on line. terrible service. ordered & paid for a GE 70 pint dehumidifer. now, they don't have any and wasn't too cancel our order. we want the dehumidifer! can't you get one on from another store?
Trying to get in touch with the Whitehall, PA Home Depot is very difficult! Called all different hours, and no one picks up! How is a customer supposed to inquire about something they bought from your store? I called the Easton Home Depot, and they answered right away!
