Trying to find someone who is willing to stop and answer questions is impossible. I understand it is the weekend and the garden department is booming but your customer service today was terrible. I'm going to Lowe's for today.
I asked three people for help today at Home Depot Whitehall. One walked right past me ignoring my question. One blew me off sending me to another guy and that guy simply said "one isle over.". I walked out and went to Lowes. We then spent about $5000 at Lowes for bathroom remodel. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at Whitehall Home Depot but it is my last.
Sometimes you find people that help you and sometimes you don't and you're on your own
We frequent this Home Depot and I'm sad to see reviews of 1's. My experiences have been positive. Mike, the store manager has been helpful when a rebate issue arose and corporate office was terribly slow to respond. And Phyllis was the bomb at self check out a few days ago. I have zero free time these days but these associates have gone above and beyond in my opinion. Sending some love!!
